Important Notes:

• Participants are strongly encouraged not to change their choice of electives after registration.
• All workshops will be held in the afternoons, and the duration of each elective is one hour.
• The class size for each elective is limited and registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• All electives are conducted in English, with the exception of ‘Chinese Network Meeting.’ Interpretations in Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean are available as stated on the elective schedule (pages 25 - 27).
• Participants are encouraged to attend electives held in Halls 7, 8 and 10 if the smaller elective classes are packed.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make amendments to the list of electives wherever necessary.
• Estimated walking time:
  Hall 2 to Hall 10 : 15 minutes
  Hall 7 to Hall 10 : 5 minutes
  The traveling time on the Free Shuttle Bus between Coach Bay (behind Hall 3) and Hall 10 is
  approximately 5 minutes.
