- Competition is open to CHC members & friends, males only
- Each team consists of 4 - 5 players: 1 goalie and 3 field players. (Optional 1 substitute).
- Each team must consist of 1-2 Non-CHC members
- A game consists of 2, 6 minutes halves and teams switch ends at the end of each half, without intermission
- If the score is tied, a shootout will determine the winner.
- All contestants are to submit their consent/indemnity forms to event coordinator on the day of event. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the contestants.
